She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar L. "Pete" Clingerman and Mamie Mae Eaton Clingerman; and her husband John Everett "Johnny" Barker, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Keith E. Barker (Traci) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Aaron M. Barker of Berkeley Springs, WV; her brother Raymond E. Clingerman; her grandchildren, Alexis and Chase Barker; her sister Susan Goldizen; her adoptive son Jeremy Mills; and her close friend Dale Winstead. She is also survived by six nieces, two nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Berkeley Baptist Church (172 Winchester Grade Rd, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
