She is survived by: her mother Sandra Jo Yount Puustinen of Kaleva, MI; her boyfriend Greg Burns; her children, Gavin Riley Puustinen of Berkeley Springs, Donovan Brady Puustinen of Berkeley Springs and Keylie Jo Puustinen of Berkeley Springs; and her siblings, Nichole Vickers of Chesapeake, VA and Raymond Michael Smith of Warrenton, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
