She is survived by: her mother LeEsta Rankin Anderson Koontz; her husband Gary Ronald Harshman; and her sisters, Janice Diane Payne of Harrisburg, PA and Shari Robin Brown of Berkeley Springs, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
