He is survived by: his father Joseph Matthew Unger, Sr.; his wife Loretta Carol Somers Unger; his children, Michael Jamison of Berkeley Springs, Zebadiah Unger of Martinsburg and Ryan Unger of McConnellsburg, PA; his sisters, Vicky Unger of Berkeley Springs and Shirley Barton of Stephens City, VA; and his grandchildren, Riley, Hannah, Kennedi, Korbyn, Ella, Levi and Lilah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
