He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Daniel and Jessie Mae Machonaughey Kyne; his son Joshua David Kyne; and his brothers, James Henry Kyne and Larry Daniel Kyne, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Guyer Kyne; his sons, Jason Richard Kyne of Berkeley Springs and Travis Lee Kyne (April Miller) of Shade Gap, PA; his siblings, Linda M. Silvers of Berkeley Springs, Frances Diane Cain of Berkeley Springs, Rose E. Justice of North Carolina, Emily Sue Wolfe, Robert "Gene" Kyne of Falling Waters, WV, Paul Vernon Kyne of Berkeley Springs, Charles William Kyne of Florida and Phillip W. Kyne of Hedgesville; and his grandchildren, Trenton Kyne of Berkeley Springs and Kierra Kyne of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
