It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Perry of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Perry and Hattie Pittsnogle Perry of Virginia; and his sister Sandra Barney. He is survived by: his son Joe Vernon Perry of Berkeley Springs; his granddaughter Kaylee Irene Perry of Martinsburg, WV; and his sisters, June Redick of Berkeley Springs, Nancy Beddow of Berkeley Springs and Phyllis Morton of Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
