She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cadin Luttrell and Lucy Marie Davison Luttrell. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Telle Luttrell; her children, R. Dallas Luttrell and Dionis M. Platt; her grandchildren, Joseph C. Luttrell (Brigitte L. Luttrell) of Berkeley Springs, Kaitlyn E. Platt (Jesse Hayes) of Berkeley Springs and Sierra Waugaman (Austin Waugaman) of Berkeley Springs; and her great grandchildren, Elliott G. Luttrell, Radin M. Luttrell and Emarie G. Waugaman.
In lieu of flowers, her wishes were to have contributions made to Greenwood Grove Cemetery Association and South Morgan Volunteer Fire Department.
