He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeffery Sterling and Patsy Ann Parker McBee of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Audrey, David and Danae; and his nieces and nephews, Monica, Samantha, Delenn and Dakota.
Jeffery's wishes was to donate his body to West Virginia University for cancer research.
