He is survived by: his parents, Richard Jerry, Sr. and Joan Carolyn Fadley Hayes of Berkeley Springs; his wife Cher Ellene Stemple Haynes; his children, Jessica Lynn Haynes of Martinsburg, WV, Sarah Beth Haynes of Berkeley Springs, Jeffery Allen Haynes, Jr. of Berkeley Springs, Bernard "Mickey" Johnson of Berkeley Springs and Bayle Scott Johnson of Berkeley Springs; his siblings, Victoria Louise Bayer of Berkeley Springs and Richard Jerry Haynes, Jr. of Berkeley Springs; and his grandchildren, Colton Johnson of Baltimore, MD and Ashlynn Johnson of Martinsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made directly to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
