She was predeceased by: her parents, Holly Willard and Ada Elsie Fawley Mitchell; her son Charles Albert Hoover III; and her brothers, Jay Mitchell, Darwin Mitchell, Denzil Mitchell and Robert Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Terry Hoover (Donna) of Baltimore, MD, Ronnie David Hoover (Cathy) of Baltimore, MD, Jimmy E. Hoover (Diana) of Emmitsburg, MD and Teresa Storey of Berkeley Springs; and her daughter-in-law Connie Hoover of Keedysville, MD. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
