He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Marie Peck Yonker; his children, Amber Lynne Yonker of Berkeley Springs, Jennifer Rose Yonker of Berkeley Springs, Ray Martin Yonker of Berkeley Springs, Harmony Paige Landin of Berkeley Springs, Jacolyn Renee Payne of Berkeley Springs, Richard David Smith III of Berkeley Springs, David William Smith of Berkeley Springs, Brittany Nicole Phillips of Frederick, MD, Rachel Lillian Bailey of Lansing, MI and Jessica Autumn Bailey of Jessup, MD; his brother Anthony Garland of Hagerstown, MD; and his nephew Devon Garland of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
