She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer McKinley and Mary Agnes Caldwell Coffman; her husband Harry Mark Boltz; her daughter Leslie Glenna Yost; and her siblings, Carol Fleece and Leo Coffman.
She is survived by: her son Craig Martin Yost (Tillie) of Berkeley Springs; her brother George Coffman of Falling Waters, WV; her grandchildren, Kaytlynn Ann Yost (Eric Butts) of Berkeley Springs and Ryan Martin Yost (Kevin Green) of Gerardstown, WV; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Nevaeh Butts of Berkeley Springs and Izabella Ann Butts of Berkeley Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
