He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Willard and Virgie Viola Michael Clark; his wife Ruth Kathleen Johnson Clark; and his siblings, Iva Mason, Calvern Clark, Sylvester Clark, Chester Clark, Ward Clark and Irvin Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Wilson Clark (Sharon) of Berkeley Springs, David Leon Clark of Berkeley Springs and Teresa Catherine Seville of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
