She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Francis and Emily Agnes Fleece Neely; her husband Timothy Faith; her granddaughter Stacey J. Swink; and her sister Helen Dodson.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Carol Miller (Dale) of Berkeley Springs, Sandra Jean VanDeMark (James) of Berkeley Springs, Barbara Ann Spielman of Berkeley Springs, Timothy Lynn Faith (Kimberly) of Berkeley Springs, Diane Marie Wandless (Samuel) of Berkeley Springs and David Alan Faith of Berkeley Springs; her siblings, Shirley Weber of Berkeley Springs, Carolyn Faith of Berkeley Springs, Wilma Meyers of Hagerstown, MD, Dennis Neely of Berkeley Springs and Walter Neely, Jr. of Allentown, PA; and her grandchildren, Shaun Spielman of Dayton, OH, Stephanie Lineberg of Berkeley Springs, Dale Miller, Jr. of Berkeley Springs, Jennifer Cain of Berkeley Springs, Corey Spielman of Berkeley Springs, Sarah Hess of Berkeley Springs and Seth Wandless of Berkeley Springs. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
