It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Frank Berens (Berkeley Springs, West Virginia), born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph August and Anna Stefik Berens; his wife Mary Jane DeSilvester Berens of Lorain; and his siblings, Anna Mae Brem, Evelyn Krasienko, Edward, Robert and Gerald Berens.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew J. Berens and Carole Lynn Vincent (John Vincent); his sister Delores Saltis of Red Hook, NY; his sister-in-law Jean Berens of Avon, OH; his grandchildren, Amanda Susan Wilfong (Robert) of Clarksburg, WV, Jessica Lynn Berens of Morgantown, WV, Joseph Andrew Berens (Cassidy) of Morgantown, WV, Robert Anthony Berens of Morgantown, WV and Ethan Vincent of Jarrettsville; and his great grandchildren, Emily Wilfong of Clarksburg, WV, Noah Thompson of Clarksburg, WV, Ayla Berens of Morgantown, WV and Paxton Berens of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
