She was predeceased by: her parents, James Perkins and Ethel Michael Clark; her husband Willard Elroy Johnson; her children, Herbert Lester Johnson, Bernard Elroy Johnson and Anna Luella Johnson; her siblings, Kathryn E. Kesecker, Elsie I. Yost, Evelyn L. McBee, Norman L. Clark and Boyd E. Clark; and her grandson Randy Elroy Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Darlene Peck of Berkeley Springs; her daughter-in-law Barbara Irene "Bobbi" Johnson of Berkeley Springs; and her grandchildren, Kathy Lynn Helmick of Hancock, MD, Patsy Diane Brinegar of Falling Waters, WV, Mark Kevin Johnson of Berkeley Springs, Kimberly Ann Nickles of Berkeley Springs, Kirk William Johnson of Berkeley Springs and Teresa Renee Kelley of Charles Town, WV. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, 23 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
