We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2023, at the age of 62, Deborah Kay Barnes of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis June Hovermale Speelman. She is survived by: her father Allen Richard Speelman of Cross Junction, VA; her husband Randy Barnes; and her siblings, Donna Puffinberger of Cross Junction, VA, Sherry Lightner of Crafton, OH and Mark Speelman of Cross Junction, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Debbie's memory may be made directly to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
