He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Dawson and Vertie Cleo Bohrer Stotler; his wife Eleanore Jean Grove Stotler; and his siblings, Mandella Elizabeth Stotler, Carrie Stotler, John West Stotler, Philip Charles Stotler, Alfred Dover Stotler, Isaac Dawson Stotler, Jr. and Belmont Roosevelt Stotler.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Todd Stotler (Tonya) of Cross Junction, VA; his grandchildren, Victoria Lea Gelbert of Culpeper, VA and Ty James Owen of Richmond, VA; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Mae Gelbert of Culpeper, VA and Aiden James of Culpeper, VA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
