He was predeceased by: his parents, Hammond Lester and Frances Venata Waugh Wills; his grandson Jeremy; his stepfather Robert Lee Wills; and his siblings, Margaret Rose, Joann Waugh, Kay "Kate" Miller, Barbara Reeves, Robert Wills and Charles "Duke" Wills.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lee Waugh (Crystal) of Inwood, WV, Randy Lester Waugh (Tammy) of Berkeley Springs, Lisa Lynn Coble of Berkeley Springs and Frances Louise Waugh of Berkeley Springs; his sisters, Kialeen Potter of Berkeley Springs and Dolly Murphy of Berkeley Springs; and his grandchildren, James Waugh, Elizabeth Waugh, Ross Waugh and Andrew Coble, Jr.. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
