It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Brown of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Brown and Pearl Kulp Brown; his son David Brown, Jr.; and his brothers, John Brown, Joseph Brown and Paul Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Lois Lord-Brown; and his children, Jim Brown of Newark, DE and Jennifer Brown (Edward) of Oxford, PA.
