He was predeceased by: his parents, Avon R. Waugh and Shirley L. Bowers Waugh; his grandson Aiden; and his brother Randy Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Peggy S. Omps Waugh; his children, Curtis J. Waugh, Jr. (Mandy) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Bradley A. Waugh (Jennifer) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Michael J. Waugh of Berkeley Springs, WV, Kayla S. Waugh of Berkeley Springs, WV, Kiersten N. Jenkins (Cody) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Madison B. Waugh (Pete) of Berkeley Springs, WV; his siblings, Dennis Waugh of Berkeley Springs, WV and Virginia Waco; his granddaughters, Kenzi and Juliette; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Ryker and Aya.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory (2807 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, WV 26711). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church (10123 Valley Rd, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411).
