She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. L. and Cecile A. Cottart Semler; her stepson Anthony Edward Miller; and her brother-in-law Charles Edward Miller III. She is survived by: her husband Gary Douglas Miller; her son Brian Blickenstaff (Jamie) of Huntington; her stepdaughter Ann Elizabeth Davis (John) of Ellicott City, MD; her sister Michelle Semler of Greencastle, PA; her stepgranddaughters, Emma Davis of New Jersey and Elisabeth Davis of Delaware; and her pets, Zoey, Heidi, Abby and Spanky.
