He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Samuel Moore, Orville and Donna Koontz Jay. He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Nicholas Moore of Berkeley Springs and Chastine Jean Jay of Berkeley Springs; his children, Malachi of Castleton, VA, Nolan of Castleton, VA, Bentley Brown of Castleton, VA and Ayden Crabtree of Paw Paw, WV; his stepmother Amy Moore; his siblings, Destinee Sipe of Berkeley Springs, Ryan Moore of Berkeley Springs, Kyle Moore of Berkeley Springs, David McMahon III of Berkeley Springs and Quinton Yost of Berkeley Springs; and his grandmother June Metz Moore of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions for Christopher may be made to help defray funeral expenses may be made directly to the funeral home.
