It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christine Susanne Hines of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John David and Pauline Thomas Rowe; her husband Larry S. Hines; and her sister Donna Peterson. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Renae Baker of Waynesboro, PA and Julie Kay Hines of Berkeley Springs; and her brothers, Gary Rowe of Clear Spring, MD, Larry Rowe of Boonsboro, MD, John D. Rowe, Jr. of Hagerstown, Jerry Rowe of Hagerstown and Richard Thomas of Silver Spring, MD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
