He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Burkhart (McCoy) and Chuck Burkhart. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mason Burkhart; his children, Vonnie Burkhart and Kelley Rankin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lexi Visotcky (Rich), Taylor Rankin and Kolin Rankin; and his great grandchild Franklin Visotcky.
