It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carroll Eugene Luttrell of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elber C. Luttrell and Dortha M. Fritzman Luttrell; his brother Larry "Moe" Luttrell; his nephew Dee Fink; and his stepfather Ray B. Widmyer.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his daughter Lisa Luttrell (Rick Smeltzer); his stepgranddaughters, Autumn Smeltzer and Briella Smeltzer; his daughter Lora L. Tolley (Russell Tolley); his grandchildren, Carter Tolley and Kaitlyn Tolley; his sister Ann Schoenadel (Jack); and his nephew Brian Fink. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center (95 Union St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carroll's memory may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
