Buddy Bernard Kinsey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Buddy Bernard Kinsey of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, born in Gaithersburg, Maryland, who passed away on April 25, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothia Kinsey (Rau) and Howard G. Kinsey; and his brother Gregory Kinsey. He is survived by: his wife Joan (Offutt); his sons, David (Lori), Mark (Kathy), James (Maureen), Steven (Teresa) and Darrin (Kiki); and his sister-in-law Nancy Mitchell (Offutt). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, one loving aunt, one loving uncle, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
