He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernard Gilbert Stevenson, Leonard and Angelina Masijauskas. He is survived by: his brothers, Travis Masijauskas, Matthew Bowerman and Ryan Bowerman; and his grandmother Patricia Stevenson.
In lieu of flowers, visitors are asked to bring small potted perennials to establish a memorial garden for Blake.
