With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beverly Jean Locke of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on February 10, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Beverly Jean may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Rowe and Laura Taylor Rowe. She is survived by: her husband Charles Locke (Bill); her children, Tammy (Wyatt Strickland) of Front Royal, VA, Timothy Rae (Stephanie) of Midlothian, VA and Jeffrey Rae (Stephanie Hynes) of Gallatin, TN; her stepchildren, Ann Ross of Sheridan, WY and Mark Locke (Karen); and her sister Donna Lee Fowlie. She is also survived by three grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, two step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.
