She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Luther and Noel Marie Spiker Waugh; and her brother Larry Waugh. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Paul Merchant and Kevin William Neely; and her siblings, Fern Youngblood, Mabel Walter, Edward Waugh, Gary Waugh, Sr. and Fabian Timmons. She is also survived by two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
