She was predeceased by: her parents, William Goff and Mary Elizabeth Michael Everett; her husband John West Stotler; and her siblings, Jessie Barney, Gertrude Payne, Emily Louise Everett, Roscoe Everett, Dayton Everett and Herman Everett.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Carol Fuller of Winchester, VA and Jerome Wayne Stotler of Martinsburg, WV. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, seven nieces and seven nephews.
