She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Coleman and Annie Bell Coleman (Hutchins); her husband Herman "Don" Parks; her sons, Coleman English and Michael Parks; her stepchildren, Cynthia Wilson and Kenneth Parks; and her siblings, William C., Robert E. Coleman, Julia Stultz and Georgie E. Petit.
She is survived by: her children, William L. English of Vinton, VA and Sandra L. Miller of Baltimore. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
