He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Stotler Klaproth; his daughters, Lori Ann Martin (Adam) of Charlotte, NC and Debra Sue Gates (Curtis) of Berkeley Springs; and his grandchildren, Megan Elizabeth Martin of Durham, NC, Sarah Nicole Martin of Charlotte, NC, Casey Allen Gates of Berkeley Springs and Caden Andrew Gates of Berkeley Springs.
