He is survived by: his wife Rae Jean; his children, Bethany Gregg (Christopher), Ben Cowger (Fiona), Clinton J. Cowger (Mindy) and Nikita Cowger (Daniel Lloyd); his siblings, Denzil Cowger (Yvonne) and Denver Cowger; his grandchildren, Ryan, Brandi, Dakota, Austin, Gavin Lloyd, Noah Williams, Kelly Bragg and Kailey Bragg; and his significant other Button Ann. He is also survived by many step-children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
