She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Klug and Rita Klug (Bleifus); her husband Stanley "Stush" Kubancik; and her siblings, Mary, Alyce Klug, Kathryn Mosa (Klug) and Joseph Klug.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Kubancik (Tabatha), Suzanne Kubancik (John Erazmus) and Christina; her grandchildren, Stanley Kubancik (Britni Minor), Sarita Fox (Heath), Scott Kubancik (Cheyanne Reinbeau), Claire and Victor McElwee; her great grandchildren, Bo Kubancik, Aurora Fox and Baby Fox; her niece Patty Eiler; her brothers, Bill Klug, Tom Klug (Kaye) and Mike Klug (Sherry); and her sister-in-law Rose Warble. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
