She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Elizabeth Conrad Smith; and her siblings, Buzzy Smith, Al Smith, John Smith, Jimbo Smith, Eddie Smith, Mary Louise Greathouse, Betty Long, Theresa Risden, Jeannie Radcliffe, Bertha Schrumpf, Sandy "Sissy" James, Paula Smith and Patricia Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jonna Hawk (Wade Rotholz) of Burleson, TX and Janice Mucheck (Mike) of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Seth Hawk (Vivian) of Spring, TX, Chrissy Mucheck (Patrick McConaughey) of McMechen, Sam, Hannah Rotholz of Burleson, TX and Sarah Kouba of Crosby, TX; her great grandchildren, Geiger McConaughey, Kate Wright and Ella Kouba; and her siblings, Mike Smith, Margaret Merryman, Ellie McGill and Patsy Taylor. She is also survived by eighteen children.
