He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Hitchcock (Debbie) of Ohio and Greg Hitchcock (Marlene) of Wheeling, W. V.; his sister Norma Williams (Ron) of Wheeling, W. V.; his caregiver Cheryl Holmes; his grandchildren, Emily Miller Goode (Tyler), Johnny Miller, Allen Hitchcock, Chris Hitchcock and Kristen Griswold (Robert); his great grandchildren, Jax, Lizzie Goode, Marshall and Grace Miller; and his pet Elly.
