He was predeceased by: his parents, Laman Neff and Ruth Neff (Ferrell); and his siblings, Anna Mae VanCamp (Rob), Vaughn Campbell (Sam), Earl, Gale and Bill Neff.
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Neff (Orvilla), Richard Neff (Sharon) and Louise Willis (Leon); his sister-in-law Laverna Neff; and also Andrea Salsberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Furbee Williams Funeral Home (217 Main St, Middlebourne, WV 26149). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery.
