He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Masters and Freda E. Masters (Loy); and his brother Nathan Masters. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Masters (Ingold); and his children, Christopher Masters (Carla) of Belmont, WV, Manzetta Masters of St Marys, WV, Jordan Masters (Angel) of St. Marys, WV, Tyler Masters (Alyssa) of Warrensburg, MO and Thomas Salisbury of Lewisburg, WV. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
