She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan C. Parsons, Sr. and Lorena May Kelly Parsons; and her brother Dr. Nolan Parson, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Nathaniel "Keith" VanNoy (Amy Haugh); her grandchildren, Kendra McGinnis of Pullman, WV, Ethan VanNoy and Lauren VanNoy; her great grandchild Lydia McGinnis; and her brother Patrick Parsons of Elkview, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
