She was predeceased by : her parents, Nolan C. Parsons, Sr. and Lorena May Kelly Parsons; and her brother Dr. Nolan Parson, Jr.. She is survived by : her son Nathaniel "Keith" VanNoy (Amy Haugh); her grandchildren, Kendra McGinnis of Pullman, WV, Ethan VanNoy and Lauren VanNoy; her great grandchild Lydia McGinnis; and her brother Patrick Parsons of Elkview, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Pleasants County Humane Society.
