She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Shultz and Virginia Shultz; her son Bradley Campbell; and her siblings, Ruby Shultz, Larry Shultz and Lester Shultz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Hiley and Lawrence Shultz, Jr.; her son Bryan Scott Campbell; and her granddaughters, Patience Morgan, Amanda Robinson and Jessica Smith. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
