He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Hanley and Della Bartlett Hanley; and his siblings, Edna Beckett, Mary McDonough, Maxine Houser, Sharon Jean Hanley, Kathryn Joann Hanley and James Hanley.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hanley; his children, Barbara J. Gunsch (John) of Belpre, Donald R. Hanley (Punk) of Belleville and Roger W. Hanley (Missy) of Washington, WV; and his grandchildren, Sabrina Fortney, Seth Gabbert, Jessi Coulter, Cristy Smith, Alicia Kampfer, Sarah Hanley, Laura Hanley and SaraEmily Gordin. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
