It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lee Stout of Belleville, West Virginia, born in Penn, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stout and Flossie Glover Stout. He is survived by: his wife Elwilda I. Stout; his children, Carolyn Stout of Parkersburg, Robert L. Stout, Jr. of Covington, GA and Julia Miller (Brian) of Southport, NC; his grandchildren, Chessie Rymer (Bob), Bobbie Mullins (Jayson), Samantha Minnie (Charlie), Austin Marshall (Carla), Carla Bever, Jennifer Ruble (Tim), David Bever, Robert L. Stout III (Tiffany), John Stout, Kayleigh Miller, Anna Endalew (Selam), Phillip Miller (Shelby) and Audrey Doepker (Joshua); his sisters, Phylis Barnett, Mildred Lantz, Sharon Cunningham and Shelia Barrett; and his foster daughter Amber Andersen Dreese. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
