He is survived by: his children, Wayne Flinn, Stephen Flinn of Parkersburg, Robert Flinn of Parkersburg, Bradley Flinn and Sarah Pittner of Parkersburg; and his siblings, Edward Flinn and Mary Soales. He is also survived by several grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
