He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearley Lloyd and Lula Shreves Ankrom; his sister Mary Barnhart; his wife Ida Loretta Backus Ankrom; his siblings, Patty, Helen, Joann, Pearley, Betty, Emma, Dorothy, Elizabeth, Nina and Raymond; his daughters, Tammy Bailey Laura Hinton and Debbie Workman; and his grandson Adam Holbrooks.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Cole and Kenneth Ankrom Jr.; his stepchildren, Rob Lauderman and Lesa Torris; his sister Nancy Runion; his brother-in-law David Backus; and his pets, Tazzy and Pepper.
