He was predeceased by: his parents, Berl E. Marks and Ruth G. Whited; his wife Naoma Jean Marks; and his sister Betty Webb. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Marks of Belleville and Jeanne Dawson (Mike) of Belleville, WV; his grandchildren, Randy Dawson and Trista Dawson; his great grandchild CJ; and his siblings, Tom Marks (Connie), Patty Chapman (John) and Linda Murray (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
