It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Fulkerson (Belleville, West Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 12, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Michael; his father David Fulkerson; his half-brothers, John Warehime, Mitch Warehime and Jimmy Warehime; his brothers, Joseph Fulkerson, Jeffrey Fulkerson and David Fulkerson II; his mother Anita; and also Linda Warehime.
