It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Ellen Estes of Belle, West Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Billy R. Estes. She is survived by: her mother Amelia Palmer (Gordon) of Dunbar; her aunt Bea Moore (Gene) of Belle; her brother Jeff Estes (Tanya) of Carlsbad, CA; her niece Sophia Estes of Colorado; her nephews, Alex and Wesley Estes of Carlsbad, CA; her uncle Bill Whiting of Charleston; her cousin Max Whiting (Beth); and her pet Gracie.
