It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy Leon Grounds of Belle, West Virginia, who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Tracy Leon's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Tracy Leon has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mack and Mary Davis Grounds; his former wife Vivian Lee (Collins); and his close friend Ted Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Denise Grounds; his daughters, Pamela Walker (Ronnie) of Malden and Robin Baldwin (Jason) of Belle; his brother Keith Grounds of Belle; and his grandchildren, Jessica Chapman (Aaron Cox), Jonathan Chapman, Benjamin Walker, Elizabeth Baldwin and Gabriel Baldwin.
A reception will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fidler & Frame Funeral Home (1126 E Dupont Ave, Belle, WV 25015).
