He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Petry and Gladys Petry of Comfort; his sister Patricia Gail Petry; his wife Rita Marlene Petry; his children, Christel Mize (Jimmy), Cheryl Walker (Joe) and Shawn Petry; his sisters, Joyce Estep (Donald) and Kay Hill (Boyd); his siblings-in-law, Linda Cooper and Larry Cooper; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Spencer (Aaron), Mallorie Mize, James, A. King, Aubrey Petry, Jacob, Colin, Olivia and Dylan Walker. He was also cherished by family members and friends.
